Refund policy

At Khirad-O-Khaas, we take pride in the quality of our natural hair care products. Due to the nature of our products (Health and Personal Care), our policy is as follows:

• Returns: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened bottles of hair oil or shampoo.

• Damaged or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Refunds: Refunds are only applicable if the product is proven to be damaged during transit or if the wrong order was delivered.

• Proof Required: To process a claim, a photo or unboxing video of the damaged package is mandatory.
